About Us
Welcome to Mhor Health, bringing active local healthcare to the highlands.
Mhor Health is Gillian Jamieson and Jennifer Moncur, a pharmacy technician and pharmacist local to the area.
We began our journey in December 2021 when we submitted an application with NHS highland to grant us a NHS pharmacy contract. Whilst we waited for the public consultation and the opportunity to present the application to the board, we opened as a private pharmacy in March 2022. Gaining unprecedented support from the local population our formal hearing date with the board was pulled forward and we were granted a contract in September 2022.
We began providing NHS services in November 2022 and now provide a huge range of both NHS and private services.
Our aim is to help our patients live longer, heathier lives at home. We will do this by providing professional, high quality care.
Patient care is at the heart of everything we do and our goal is to be a real patient-led pharmacy, getting to know you and your family and providing you with expert clinical knowledge and trusted expertise.
